Borgo Table

origin
Borgo’s irregular shapes are inspired by a landscape artwork called the Cretto di Burri
design
The top of the Borgo coffee table is a thin sheet of steel with precise cuts taken out
inspiration
Cretto di Burri - a landscape artwork which uses concrete blocks to mark out where the buildings of Gibellina once stood before they were hit by a devastating earthquake.

material
Legs made of round steel bars emphasize the incredible lightness of the overall structure, which is available with bronze, copper and brass finishes, or in seven sophisticated matt colors.

aesthetic
Strips of different shapes and sizes seem to join together and overlap each other freely on the surface of the coffee table, creating small gaps that are reminiscent of the streets in the old Sicilian town.
